New eruption started in Eyjafjallajökull 14/04/2010
Our old friend Eyjafjallajökull, who we thought was stopping, is in fact not stopping. At all. News have been coming out of another eruption this morning following a large earthquake swarm overnight, this time underneath the Eyjafjallajökull glacier itself, most likely in the volcano's central caldera (crater).  Read more here in the Reykjavík Grapevine.

Massive flooding has started down Markarfljótsaura and down the heaths above the farm Thorvaldseyri under Eyjafjöll-mountains. Roads and bridges are considered to be in danger because of the flooding, among them the new bridge over Markarfljót-river. An attempt has been made to breach route one to try and save bridges in the area. Source: ruv.is
